Shipping policy

Shipping includes our professional packaging service partners and insurance. Our art packaging company has extensive experience in freighting artwork. They have the knowledge and materials to ensure your artwork arrives safely to your designated address.

Your artwork is fully insured against loss and damage. This policy is valid for the time the artwork is in transit only.

DELIVERY TIMES

Approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking details.

Refund policy

Please choose carefully, we are unable to refund or exchange artworks due to change of mind.

If an artwork is damaged in transit, please take photos of the damage and contact us as soon as possible via email: team@artistgaya.com,
or mobile: 0476441677, attaching photos to your email/message.

Any items damaged in transit will be covered as part of the delivery insurance. This policy is valid for the time the artwork is in transit only. You will either be refunded in full, or you may purchase another artwork for an equivalent amount from artistgaya.com online store.

Artist Gaya will not take responsibility for any damage after the artwork has been delivered in good condition. We are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left our store or due to any circumstances beyond our control.
